She is doing great loves to be held and has become very spoiled thanks to my husband (Rudy). He seems to think she needs to be out of her crate every minute so now she is hating being in it. She will be winning and Rudy can pick her up and sit down with her and she will go right to sleep on his lap. She is so sweet like Ivy I think Lena will be more of the Alfa dog as she gets older to where Ivy would rather just be a quiet princess. Thank you she is really wonderful. Hi Kelly – I’ve been meaning to write for some time now and I just keep getting side-tracked. I wanted to let you know how my sweet, little (not-so-little) puppy is doing. Rhett is now officially called Murray. It took me three weeks to decide on a name for him, and he came very close to being called Color Wonder. My two-year-old niece loves him and she thought it would be perfect to name him after her Magic Markers. J
Anyhow, I’ve never met a sweeter puppy than Murray. He’s a little snuggler, and he loves to cuddle up on the couch on Saturdays & Sundays and distract me from getting any housework done. He gets along absolutely great with Mabel and the two of them play constantly (and loudly). Murray is also very vocal and he loves to practice his “big boy bark” when he’s playing. I know my neighbors must love me. He’s VERY laid back and just goes with the flow. He loves everyone – adults, kids, dogs, cats and slippers. It took me two pairs of shoes, but Murray finally has me trained to put my shoes away in the closet and to shut the door tightly. I’m a quick learner. J
It looks like you have your hands full of puppies right now – good luck!! And thank you SO much for my Murray. If you ever need a recommendation, please give me a call. I couldn’t be happier with him! He’s perfect!

Al (Daisy & Pup Pup 2008) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi Kelly, I just wanted to let you know that the puppies are doing great ! I am in love with Flash, he is the sweetest thing. I'm trying to get him up and moving about as much as I can. Prissy is sweet too, but she is a stinker ! They did great on the ride home, no accidents and Prissy just cried for a little' bit. They slept in a crate together last night and only cried to go out once. I was afraid to let them sleep in bed yet cause I dont want them to fall out, our bed is really high.
As you can see we havent agreed on a name yet for Prissy. Mark has his heart set on Rosebud, unless I can come up with something brilliant I will probably have to give in. I'll keep you updated on that.
They will go to work with me tomorrow, so that should be exciting for them, and Flash has a vet appt. Wed. I still have to schedule Prissy's. I will keep you posted on them. Thanks Amanda (Ursula/Dudley 2008)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kelly, They are growing quickly. Ciara probably weighs just under 40 and Conn is pushing 45. That would be mostly because Conn eats everything he sees. I have to feed them separately now, or she doesn’t get to eat much. For a dog that eats regularly, you would think he is starved. He eats so fast, he routinely chokes himself. I am having a little trouble housebreaking them. They are in the crate if they are in and we go out frequently. When they are outside they hold it I think sometime so they can go in the house. Conn has become very unhappy in the crate. I am beginning to wonder how long he can actually cry. This has only started recently. When they were small, I didn’t hear anything out of them. Conn is the only one that cries. Ciara just wishes he would be quite so she can sleep.
Overall they are great dogs. I attached some photos we took over the weekend.

Russ (Ursula/Dudley 2008) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi Kelly, It has been a long time hasn't it! Well, Tallulah has become Sadie, my son had a hard time saying Tallulah, so we changed it. She is doing great, although we still can't keep her water or her food out for her as she still wants to gulp up everything as fast as she can and won't stop drinking/eating?! I keep thinking that maybe this comes from her being in a large litter? If you have any idea let me know. I had the vet check her out and says she's fine and should eventually grow out of it. Other than that she's growing fast! I don't have any pictures right now, I'm hoping for an early thaw up here so I can take her outside for a photo shoot! I will send pics as soon as I get some taken. Thanks for checking up on us! My kids love her! Hi! Sorry it took so long to respond but Mark returned Friday to Iraq after having surgery done on his mouth an these pups our keeping us busy. The 10 puppies are doing great. Abby and Mikey fit right in with the program here at home all 5 bassets get along great and they love these puppies they play with them alot. Yes we have our website up and you can check out everyone even abby and mikey..Abby is one big dog with tons of wrinkles i tell you she is beautiful.
